I'm not receiving OTP

Check if your phone has network signal. Wait 30 seconds and try again. If using a new number, ensure it's a valid Indian mobile number (+91). Contact support if the issue persists.

Guest says they didn't receive booking SMS

Verify the phone number is correct. Check if the guest has opted out previously. SMS delivery can take up to 5 minutes during peak times. You can resend notifications from the booking details page.

Payment shows as pending but guest paid

Payments need to be manually verified. Go to Dashboard > Payments, find the payment, and click "Verify". If you're unsure, check your bank/UPI app for the transaction.

Booking dates show as unavailable

Check if those dates are blocked in Dashboard > Calendar. Also check if there's an existing confirmed booking. If you cancelled a booking, it may take a few minutes to free up the dates.

Dashboard is loading slowly

Try refreshing the page. Clear your browser cache. If on a slow connection, some features may take longer. The dashboard is optimized for 3G networks but may be slow on 2G.

Can't add more rooms/properties

You may have reached your plan limit. Starter: 5 rooms, 1 property. Professional: 15 rooms, 3 properties. Upgrade your plan in Dashboard > Settings > Subscription.
